5.25" DDR2 RAM disk with Dual SATA Interface

A RAM disk using of a bank of eight DDR2 modules, which is much faster than faster than traditional rotating hard drives or flash drives, featuring a Compact Flash slot for data backup and restore powered by the built in battery in the event of loss of power.

It comes in a standard 5.25" half-height format and as it requires no host drivers, is operating system independent and runs on Windows, Macs, Linux, HP-UK, Solaris etc. With a data throughput of up to 400MB/s and 130,000 IOPS per SATA port, it is ideally suited to the demands of high speed computing applications, graphics workstations and database servers.

A Solid State Disk using a bank of six SDHC cards with integrated NRAID functionality to present a single volume of up to 192GB capacity.
